Aware of today's challenges, we are implementing concrete, ambitious actions to make a positive contribution to society and the environment, while offering our stakeholders (customers, employees, partners) a responsible business model.
Environmental commitment: a top priority
Preserving our planet is at the heart of our CSR strategy. We have put in place a number of initiatives to reduce our ecological footprint, including :
- Reducing CO2 emissions: more than 4,000 m² of photovoltaic panels by 2025
- Circular economy: 300 tonnes of recycled material / year
- Recycling: 100% of production waste recycled & 100% of our packaging waste recycled
Social responsibility: concrete actions for our employees
In addition to environmental concerns, we also place great emphasis on the well-being and development of our employees. We firmly believe that the success of our company depends on the commitment and development of our teams. This is why we have set up :

- Support forlocal initiatives: we actively contribute to the development of our sector by being members of the Fédération des Professionnels de la Piscine et du Spa (FPP) as well as the Allizé-Plasturgie union. These commitments enable us to defend the interests of our trade and participate in the evolution of industrial practices.
- Business ethicsand transparency: we are committed to responsible business practices and are considering the introduction of an ethics charter to further structure our approach to ESG.
- Commitment tothe local economy: we give preference to local suppliers and subcontractors, in order to support the regional economic fabric. We also recruit our employees close to our production site, thus promoting local employment.
