How many extrusion lines do you have?

We have 43 modern extrusion lines, enabling us to produce several profile series with different configurations simultaneously.

What business sectors do you serve?

We supply plastic profiles to a wide range of sectors, including:
Automotive
Construction and building
Electronics and telecommunications
Agriculture and horticulture
Furniture and interior decoration
And more broadly, any industry requiring customized plastic profiles.

Do you supply only to the domestic market?

No, we work with customers in France and abroad, mainly in Europe.

Profiles

What types of profiles can you produce?

We manufacture a wide range of profiles, including:
Solid, hollow or coextruded, even tri-extruded profiles.
Standard shapes and complex geometries.
Rigid, semi-rigid or flexible parts, sometimes combining several properties.

Can you produce multi-material profiles?

Yes, thanks to coextrusion, we can combine several materials in the same profile to offer different properties (e.g. rigidity and flexibility in the same part).

Do you offer specific blends or custom formulations?

Yes, we can develop formulations tailored to your needs, including additives to modify properties such as color, UV resistance, antistaticity or fire behavior.

Delivery time & delivery

How long does it take to produce an order?

Lead times depend on the complexity of the profile and the volume required. In general:
Prototyping: 4 to 6 weeks.
Mass production: 4 weeks after order validation.

How long does it take to produce a new profile?

Lead times depend on profile complexity and tooling development.

Do you take care of packaging and delivery?

Yes, we can pack the profiles according to your requirements (e.g. special packaging, batch packaging) and transport them to your site.
